Return of Items
You have Seven (7) callender days to return an item from the date it was received.To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received by the purchaser. The item must be in the original packaging. The item is required to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Refunds
Once Diamond Systems and Supplies Limited receives your item for refund, it will be inspected and the purchaser will be notify that we have received the returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If the returned item is approved for refund, we will initiate a refund to the purchaser’s credit card (or original method of payment). The purchaser will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on their card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
The purchaser will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the purchaser has received a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from their refund.

If the purchaser is not 100% satisfied with their purchase, they can return the product and get an exchange of the product for another one, be it similar or not. Any product returned must be in the same condition it was received and in the original packaging with Proof of Purchase.
